Meet Jennifer Queen

I'm Jennifer (Jen) Queen. Raised in Kenora, Ontario, and educated in Winnipeg, I bring a blend of small-town charm and city smarts to my Real Estate career.

From a young age, I was always the kid with a new idea—whether it was setting up a lemonade stand, organizing a flower sale, or running a car wash to raise money for our grad party. My time in university was a whirlwind of culture shock and growth, and I quickly realized that soaking up life’s experiences was just as important as meeting personal milestones.

I got my Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the University of Manitoba and went on to earn my MBA in Marketing. I’m a big believer in never stopping the learning process, so I’m always diving into new courses. These days, I also get to mentor new agents, which is a fantastic way to share what I’ve learned and keep growing myself.

I jumped into Real Estate in 2011, so I’ve got over 13 years of experience under my belt. Mornings are my time for marketing and planning, while the afternoons and evenings are dedicated to meeting clients and handling appointments. My husband, Logan, takes care of getting our kids ready for school while I work from home. I make it a priority to spend time with the kids in the morning and be there when they get home from school. Evenings are packed with their extracurricular activities, and then it’s back to work for me.

Logan and I reconnected during university and fell in love—he’s also a REALTOR® on our team. We love partnering up for open houses and brainstorming ideas together. When we’re not working, we’re busy with our three lively kids: Everly, Blaine, and Asher. If we get a chance, you might catch us on the golf course enjoying some downtime.

I’m a bit of a workaholic—whether it’s crafting a new blog post, filming a YouTube video, or preparing client packets, I’d rather be working than watching TV. When I do relax, it’s usually reality shows like Real Housewives. I also volunteer, mostly with activities for kids like coaching hockey and soccer teams and helping out at schools.

My kids are my biggest inspiration. The thought of creating lasting wealth for them is incredibly motivating, and I’m passionate about Real Estate and the opportunities it offers. Going the extra mile for my clients is something I take pride in. Recently, a client appreciated the extra effort we put into preparing his home while he was away. Logan even spent days helping an elderly lady clear out her house and make it perfect for the new owner. We often go above and beyond behind the scenes, and while we don’t advertise it as a service, our clients know we’re always working hard for them. Sellers get a bouquet with a journal and pen when they list their home, and we stay in touch with buyers long after their sale to celebrate milestones like birthdays and home anniversaries. We also host client events.

Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I make sure that every Real Estate transaction reflects that. My team and I follow the Golden Rule: treating others how we’d want our own family to be treated. Real Estate is all about relationships—experience and education are crucial, but connecting with people is key. Balancing three young children and a busy work life gives me a deep understanding of how stressful buying and selling can be, which is why I focus on making the whole journey smooth and stress-free.

I’m proud to say that my team and I are ahead of the curve in the Real Estate industry, thanks to our innovative strategies and marketing. My education has given me a knack for predicting market trends, which benefits both my clients and team members. I’m excited to work with you and help you find your dream home!
